In today's society, we live under a silent tension that makes us believe that we are a united and peaceful society, and yet there is a cold war going on in our ethnic and religious groups. In this article, we are going to share with you three realizations or emotions that we have experienced as a result of our own prejudices, our own prejudices and injuries caused by our community, and the grievances of other members of our community. The first realization that we experienced is too recent and too irritating in the sense that it is explained by the fact that there is a grandfather of a family who refused to bless the marriage of his granddaughter because that she wanted to marry someone who was not of her religious belief and ethnic group, and this resulted in the marriage being annulled completely. The way Gandhi inspired me is justified by his way of seeing things and struggling with non-violence. Nonviolent resistance is a good resistance in the sense that it works and it makes the state feel guilty for all the injustices it can do directly or indirectly to the people. Gandhi is indeed a pioneer and theorist of resistance to oppression through mass civil disobedience, this theorization was based on nonviolence, which helped India to get independence. It has inspired many liberation and civil rights movements around the world. His critical analysis of Western modernity, of forms of authority and oppression (including the state), is a questioning of the development that influenced many theorists and political leaders [1] . It is obvious that in our current world, we cannot live without having heard from a distance the word “conflict”; not to mention that most people no longer know how to do it, especially since it is an event or a problem that takes place in society. Before I read Dr Jean Paul LEDERACH's book, entitled "The Little Conflict Transformation Book ", I thought that to end a conflict, you just have to resolve it and everything will come back to order while forgetting that this same conflict may return in another form which may cause even more harm than the one last time. Now I have learned that in order to cope better with a problem or conflict, it is important to be able to turn it into an opportunity. And so, conflict resolution should no longer be part of our methods or approaches to be used when we are facing conflict in our community. The best approach to use is conflict transformation.
