Three realizations or emotions experienced by our own prejudices, our own hurts caused by our community

In today's society, we live under a silent tension that makes us believe that we are a united and peaceful society, and yet there is a cold war going on in our ethnic and religious groups.

In this article, we are going to share with you three realizations or emotions that we have experienced as a result of our own prejudices, our own prejudices and injuries caused by our community, and the grievances of other members of our community.

The first realization that we experienced is too recent and too irritating in the sense that it is explained by the fact that there is a grandfather of a family who refused to bless the marriage of his granddaughter because that she wanted to marry someone who was not of her religious belief and ethnic group, and this resulted in the marriage being annulled completely. It moved and pissed me off both by the fact that I was disappointed to see such an act in our days and such hatred that destroyed the happiness of the granddaughter.

The second emotion is that there is a very cold tribalism going on in the process of hiring to get a job. This tribalism is justified by the fact that during the examination of the candidatures, so that each tribe is characterized by the names of its members, by seeing the names of the candidate one already identifies him according to his tribe and this makes that if the person who you skin has grudges or hatred for your tribe, you are automatically downgraded regardless of your experience or your skill; this is why in my country the DRC, there are companies and institutions characterized by a group of people from the same tribe, something that must be changed.

And the third emotion is an emotion of joy and gratitude that I feel for all my friends from other tribes than mine. Since our early childhood, we have lived under the war and the influence of hearsay either saying not to trust other people who are not of our tribe because they were our enemies or rebels; but all this is false because even if in a tribe there may be a rebel group which is created, it is not the whole tribe which is rebel because this rebel group is a small group and which is not the whole tribe. Despite these rumors that we collected from the street, my mom keeps advising me and telling me not to pay attention to these rumors from the street; she reassured me and always told me that good people exist even in a tribe other than ours. And today, I can say and testify that there are really friends and people who are not of our tribe but who are better and who continue to accompany us in our success and our fight so that all together, we may unite all the Congolese youth and make our nation a better united, peaceful, strong and prosperous nation.
