Mandela’s values that set him above all

Nelson Mandela remains to this day a role model for his life devoted to the struggle against apartheid and then to the reconciliation of the Rainbow nation. He was a man with a big heart, intelligent, wise, generous, honest, etc.

Beyond all that, he embodied the person of value and principle on which he walked, which made him a man without limits who had the grandeur of a fight for Man.

However, it is important to clarify that Mandela had several values but in this article we will highlight 3 of his values.

Firstly, the value that gave him more self-esteem was dignity, he valued human life more regardless of racial differences, and he had confidence in himself and what he did.

Secondly, it was an ideal for a free and democratic society in where all people lived in harmony and with the same opportunities; he devoted his whole life in the struggle for the African people and he fought against white domination and against black domination; it proves how often he is honest, loyal and impartial in the fact that he favored neither black nor white, because we are all equal and we deserve to have the same opportunities or privileges at the same level.

Finally, Mandela had a great vision that was beyond the fact that he should be king of the village. He was passionate about studying and he did not see his private interests but rather, he did everything for the general interest of the people; This is why he did not find it worthy to kill his former oppressors but rather he wanted to work with them to develop their country.

It should be noted that like Mahatma Gandhi, Nelson Mandela is also a legend in the history of the world, who through his struggle, he continues to inspire the present and future generations.

As we always say, "future generations will find it difficult to believe that such people really existed".
